I am CrazyYoungPiplup2559. As you can tell, my favorite pokemon is Piplup, because it is a very cute pokemon. When I was 13, I was obsessed with Piplup! And when I was 11, I go to Newgrounds for fun, but got harshly punished on March 24, 2007, because I learned the F-word from one of the flashes that was rated E or All Ages, since I've been to Newgrounds back in 2006/2007, before there were 80,000 audio portal entries. I came here to make Newgrounds more safe, but I still don't know how to report a flash to a moderator! How do I report a moderator to change the rating of a flash (Ratings like E, T, M, and Ao)?
